Please read these terms of service carefully regarding the use of the Saferloop Parental Control App (THE COMPANY, WE, US, and OUR) services, software, extension, and installing any part of the software.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE BOUND TO THIS AGREEMENT AS YOUR WRITTEN AND NEGOTIATED LICENSE SIGNED BY YOU. THIS AGREEMENT IS YOUR VERIFICATION THAT YOU ACCEPT THE SAFERLOOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Saferloop Software, Services, Installation, and Use

The software and services include access to your personal computer (PC) and related internet services. You are solely responsible for our site services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

You must agree to use the Saferloop parental control app for lawful services and parental supervision purposes. Your name, address, email address, mobile number, and other details belong to this agreement.

Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that the form of the Software and Services may change from time to time without your prior knowledge. As part of this agreement, Saferloop may stop providing the services and features to you and users at its discretion.

Also, you are able to stop services and software at any time without giving prior notice to Saferloop. You can stop using the software or limit its availability according to your convenience.

Internet-Based Services

Saferloop includes internet-based services as an integral part of this agreement. Therefore, you should remember to never use internet-based services that could harm other users and the company. You should not use these services, as unauthorized access to any service, data, account, or network by any means.

Service Period

The service period for the paid and premium plans shall begin on the date of purchase and last for the time you set in the transaction period when you purchase the service.

Upon expiration and termination of the service, if you don’t renew your services, we automatically stop the paid services.

In case you switch from the Starter Plan to the Family Plan, the remaining days of the Starter Plan will be canceled.

Note: The unused period will not be returned or added to the new plan.

Payments and Refunds

The Software and Services are available through subscription plans. All prices are clearly displayed within the app or on the official website on the pricing page, and payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By purchasing the premium plan, you authorize Saferloop parental control software to charge the applicable fees, including taxes, to your selected payment method. Under this agreement, you are solely responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment platforms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, whether the subscription is used fully or partially. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time or days, accidental purchases, or early termination.

Note – Refunds may only be provided if the software was not activated or not installed on a targeted device, or is applicable under consumer protection laws.

Data Collection and Protection

To provide and improve our services from time to time, Saferloop may collect information regarding the installation of the software, account information, device information, usage data, child profile information, location data, and inquiries sent to our support team.

How we use your data

The collected data is used to:
Provide prenatal control and monitoring features.
Improve app performance and user experience.
Ensure account security and prevent misuse.
Communicate important updates and service notifications.
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.

However, Saferloop Software may disclose the collected information if asked by the legal authorities and law enforcement in response to compliance with laws. By using the software, you acknowledge and agree that Saferloop may collect, transmit, store, disclose, and analyze such information for these purposes.

You should take it into consideration according to the applicable law in your country or area regarding the use of the product.

According to the applicable law, people (wife/husband, children, and other individuals) who use our products might be obliged to agree that all information processed is accessed by us (THE COMPANY).

Restriction on Use

Saferloop prohibits your user account when the following activities are suspected or detected:

Unauthorized Monitoring – You must not be involved in tracking and collecting data from any individual without legal authority or required consent, including adults and minors.

Illegal or Harmful Activities – Users are strictly restricted from using the app for any unlawful purpose, harassment, stalking, intimidation, fraud, or invasion of privacy.

Reverse Engineering and Tampering – You are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access Saferloop source code, security features, or internal systems.

Commercial Exploitation – You should not use the app for commercial purposes, resale, or unauthorized distribution for business without prior written consent.

Interference with Services – We do not allow the interference, disruption, or overload of our internal servers, networks, or normal operations.

Violation of Third-Party Policies – You or the users must comply with the policies of app stores, operating systems, and third-party services integrated with Saferloop.

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE IF THESE RESTRICTIONS ARE VIOLATED.

Account Registration and Security

To access Saferloop features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and updated information and agree to these terms and conditions.

Register using valid personal details.
Maintain the accuracy of your account information.
Create only one account unless permitted by Saferloop.
Passwords are confidential, and you must ensure their correct use.
You also agree to inform the company, us, or we of any unauthorized use of your Saferloop account or any other breach of security if you are aware of it.

Saferloop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services if you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Cancellation or End of Services

You are allowed to cancel your Saferloop account at any time. All cancellations must be made through the official website or via email at info@saferloop.com.

Canceling a subscription will prevent future changes but will not terminate access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Unused subscription periods are non-refundable, unless required by law.
