Free Trials
You are requested to use our free trial before subscribing to any plan.
No Refunds
The purchased subscriptions through our app will not be refunded. The refund request for dissatisfaction with service or accidental purchases will not be accepted in any case. You can cancel your subscription at any time during your period of service by visiting your account. The subscription cancellation will stop the future payments for the respective subscription, but will not be considered for any refund.
Refund Conditions
If you are using our free trial, cancel it anytime before it expires. Failing to do so will result in a hindrance to the service usage. Saferloops is committed to providing continuous and best-in-class service to the users. However, in case of any technical glitch, we provide refunds for service downtimes. The compensations for downtimes will be calculated by multiplying the downtime hours by the fraction of subscription-free and total billing hours. The users are advised to request the downtime compensation within 7 days of such a glitch to claim refunds. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request, and the concerned amount will be credited to the original payment source.
Procedure to Apply for Refunds
The request for a refund for claiming downtime compensations can be made by contacting us at info@saferloop.com and providing us with your name, registry email id, date, time, and duration of downtime. It is to be noted that merely making a request won’t make you eligible for the refund. The provided details will be scrutinized by our technical team, and the refund request will be approved after the claim has been verified.
Policy Updation
Saferloop reserves the ultimate right to update this policy anytime. The registered users will be informed through email. The date of policy update will be mentioned at the beginning of this policy.
